what method could one hypothetically combine with stepping in front of a train, so that person would be guaranteed a quick and relatively peaceful exit?
there's probably not many options regarding that...

i just saw a video once, from india, of a guy who get deattached from half his body, and he was lying there on the train tracks wide awake,
for a good 2 or 3 minutes, with his body split in half.
terrifying, extremely scary.

It is not easy to die. Additionally you will make it worse for all the people around you, when you hit before a train. Don't even think about a method, which involve other people. I know you have such a huge burden on your shoulders, we all have. But you need to educate yourself and make this your one and only attempt. because it is successful. And not give this in the hand of other people aka the guy or girl who navigate the train on this day.
