So as some of you might have heard, positive focus or focusing on positive things lifts your mood:3
(If done often enough, your subconscious will do it automatically at some point for you by repetition, it's pretty cool stuff! so instead of negative things, your mind pops up with many positive and happy things! it can even create new neuro pathways which will enable your mind to find more and more things which makes you happy, for YOU and completely automatic!:)
