Closest things would be that there's my supplies to leave within arms reach most of the time when home. If that can be considered a "happy" thing, more comforting really.

Fart jokes. Anything to do with farting, flatulence, whoops cushions. Fart sounds, people accidentally farting on TV.

That makes me laugh and happy. Who needs meds when all you need is a fart joke a day!!

My best friend. But it's a muted happiness, and when he's gone, so is the feeling. My depression comes back worse than ever. But for a little while, when we're together, I can pretend life is the way it used to be.

The thought/feeling of being free..I still catch little glimpses of it every now and then.Free of thoughts,pain,sadness,responsibilities,expectations,shame,regret,remorse,noise,stress,bitterness,worry.
