What ligatures are there at home other than rope that I can use for ctb with hanging?

People often attempt partial with belts and scarves.
However in my opinion and experience partial hanging has a high chance of failure with possible brain damage.

You could also make a rope out of a sheet or a thin blanket.

True but it's one of the cheapest methods to obtain and one of the most common despite its drawbacks.
