in what range spo2 reading by pulseoximeter leads to immediate unconciousness . does anyone know the range ?

That is a difficult question. It depends on various factors within the patient, such as overall health, CO2 levels and hemoglobin saturation. Generally speaking, hypoxia occurs at oxygen sat less than 90%. But unconsciousness may not occur until 66-67%. It really depends on how your body compensates for the lower oxygen levels. So there really isn't a straightforward answer.
