it's simple:
1. depression = no energy
2. no energy = no CTB.
3. therefore, depression = no CTB
I keep doing my best, setting goals, quitting addictions, avoiding procrastination etc.
Not because I think that things will get better, but because I feel like if I let myself deteriorate, I'll get to a point where I have zero energy left, not even enough to CTB.
If I keep storing more and more strength, it'll be easier to CTB impulsively when the time comes and maybe even do it in a more fashionable way (like drowning or jumping):
