Your question is impossibly vague. What are you considering a cns depressant? Something that can cause death? Anesthesia? What? How are you measuring it? Potency? Efficacy? The answers are different. Barbiturates are not very potent compared to say benzos but are far more efficacious.

I want a strong CNS depressant that cause guaranteed death when combined with strong alcohol. DeathStar42 gave an incredible response citing carfentanil, but that is impossible to achieve.

Phenobarbital can cause death in high doses, though it can take quite a while of not being discovered. Flunitrazepam cannot alone and likely not even with alcohol in most circumstances.

There is no, carfentanil is more difficult than Nembutal. The only thing you can find on the deep web is poor quality fentanyl.

well the strongest is ohmecarfentanil then it goes to Lofentanil, and then Carfentanyl and maybe a couple of the analog cousins, like sufentanil and thiofentanil amoung others, might be right up there.

Generally Ohmecarfentanil is considered the strongest becasue of the time line that it stays effective. its durration is alot longer than Lofentanil or Carfentanil. But no matter what a human that would come in contact with any of it, without darn near instant reversal agent, one is dead. When they use this types of chemicals to tranquilize large animals they ALWAYS carry Narcan in case they come in contact with it.

I once read a report of a guy who took 3mg (12 pills) and was in a coma for 1 or 2 days.
