what is the right dose of clonazepam before SN?

I am considering to take Clonazepam before SN to make the entire process more pleasant. In theory I have more than enough but I guess one does not want to fall asleep. Can somebody tell me what a good dose of Clonazepam is for the process if one has not taken any Benzos before? I am also considering taking 50mg Codein+1g of Paracetamol for SN method (in addition to Clonazepam) unless someone here has arguments against it.
