What is the dumbest way you ever tried to ctb?

Maybe it was before you found this site and knew any better. Maybe it was just a very impulsive thing.
For me, I did the plastic bag over the head thing. I think I had just found this site very recently, but hadn't been on enough to learn about SI which came through hard. I was trying to knock myself out, so I drank as much NyQuil as I could stand-it was gross so not too much. And I took all the Prozac I had at the time which is laughable because then I was on the lowest possible dose and now I'm on the highest.
Oh, and I swore I'd never try that again. However, on a bad day a few months ago, I did purchase handcuffs… just in case.

Ibuprofen overdose when I was like 14. All I did was throw up a lot and get a stomach ache.

Tylenol. Then I got smarter and tried Tylenol PM. Then I got older, a whole bottle of Prozac. Another attempt a whole bottle of benzo's. I only ended up with severe stomach aches and felt miserable. The easiest was my benzo's, I just slept for hours. None of my attempts made it to the ER. I'm done trying. Each attempt, I was certain in my mind this was the end lol.

I tried an overdose of just a handful of Risperidone a few months ago (don't ask where I got it from), it was extremely, extremely shitty. Restless legs syndrome, temperature changes from light freezing to blazing hot, loss of coordination, dizziness, to the point where everything around you is just a blur when you move,

and also these, as I call them, "Videoclips" in my head. This is when you are completely lying down, relaxing and trying to fall asleep, you get uncontrollable auditory/visual fragments of reality, for example, for me these were fragments of videos from YouTube, but when you try to concentrate on them even a little, they immediately disappear.

All this dragged on for several days, and I just prayed for it to stop, to the point that my SI made me not want any CTB for a long time, suddenly making me love, although not the best in the world, but my familiar condition, making me think that it is quite comfortable for living.

Also this year I repeatedly tried to die by drinking alcohol, no comments about my chances, the only thing this led to was that for a very long time afterwards I couldn't even taste the smell of ANY ethanol drink,immediately wanted to puke.

i took 15 15mg XR Adderall and a few of my moms pain medication. I hallucinated for two days and had to spend 2 weeks in a hospital. So dumb idk why i thought that would work lol

Dry fasting (no food no water) for a few days. I didn't do any research, I just remember hearing that the body could only last 3 days without water. I think I just fucked up my kidneys a bit. Also slitting my wrist vertically. Now I have a big embarrassing scar.

Taking very few sleeping pills and putting plastic bag over head (funny thing is the pills contained dph, but I didn't even thake enough to trip out; which I didn't know happens when you take too much them, I thought a few sleeping pills would be enough for me to sleep through suffocation from a plastic bag), called hospital after a few minutes of plastic bag over head from freaking out of minor effects from the pills. Looking back it hardly counts as an attempt, to my shame I have to say I was already early 20s, but there wasn't nearly as much information on methods as there are now.
