i want to spread more positivity in this forum for those who need it, sooo tell me some things you did this week that you're proud of?? <3

i'll go first, i dyed my hair this week! i'm really happy with the way it turned out. i also finally cleaned my room and my parents can see im making more of an effort to get better. i finally resumed making some 3d models as it was a hobby i had months ago but quit because of my depression.

i hope you all are doing well and that you've had a good day. :)

Maybe this thread would get more traction in the recovery subforum?

Anyway, I watched a ton of movies which is impressive given my fried attention span (i watched 2 movies last year and not even voluntarily). I also spent 3 hours learning French. Cleaning is a good idea, I need to get it together...

what movies did you watch?? i'm not too keen about movies but i'll watch them with the right person.
did you enjoy learning french? i was learning japanese recently but gave up...
as for cleaning, i think you should take it one step at a time and break things down into layers/levels (ex: level 1 is clothes, level 2 is trash, level 3 is big things, level 4 is bed) :)

Oh you know, a bunch of old stuff. Shining, Schindler's List, The Green Mile... there's like 10 of them on my list. Some were rewatches. Unfortunately, I don't seem to enjoy them as much as I used to... but they're still fun.

Oh yeah, French is superb. It's so nice and easy, like I can't believe I'm having such a good time just reading words on a screen. I love it. It's like I've found my soulmate, only it's not a person. (Soulpiece? Soul-language?)

I was also learning Japanese for a bit. Why'd you give up?

And thanks for the cleaning tip

I really like that somebody's trying to do this. Perhaps this can be on your list for this week^^

As for myself I guess just getting out of bed feels like an accomplishment on it's own these days as unfortunate as that is.

Though if I am being completely honest being a decent Dungeon Master for my friends despite how difficult it has become due to depression is probably something more worth being proud of. I wont get into it here but my group of players really did enjoy themselves last time.
