Hi,

Do you think that death by Amitriptyline is more likely to be successful, or using charcoal?
And does anyone ever worry way too much about screwing this up, and how it'll be yet another thing they've messed up in their life?

Amitriptyline has a better chance of succeeding but if found early and saved you're more likely to have brain damage and it takes 36 hrs to kill. You should mix both methods together if you have amitriptyline and benzodiazepines, it'll be much more deadlier and kill quicker.
If you don't have Amitriptyline and benzodiazepines then do the charcoal method or something else

I think a lot of us on here worry about screwing it up. I know I do.

I should have stated - I will have the ingredients in the PPH (i.e. benzos and the AE) as well as the Amitryptaline.

Do the benzo's (diazepam) mean it will work faster? The PPH says 24 hours.

No the benzos are there to ensure the death is painless, otherwise overdosing on amitriptyline is kind of painful. Since you have all the methods I would say do the amitriptyline method instead, I would recommend doing both but if that's not possible just do amitriptyline overdose

I'd like to do both, but I don't have a small, sealable place for the CO.
Even for the amitriptyline method, I am struggling to think where I can go to not be disturbed for 24 hours.
If anyone has an idea, such as specific hotels or cabins, please let me know!

I do not know anything about the first question, but the fear of failure is the main thing that holds me back from ctb personally. It is horrifying how people have to resort to such risky methods to end their pain. We all deserve the option of a reliable and peaceful way to exit this world. It hurts me how difficult suicide is. I wish you the best.
