Discussion What inconvenienced you today

I'm bored and slightly annoyed, so im curious what slight inconveniences youve experienced today. actually, no. it can be terrible or really minor, i dont really care, just something that got on your nerves that you wanna let out.
if nobody types here then itll just be my own thread of stuff.

today i was cleaning my cat's litter, when some of the liquid absorbing powder went up my nose. now my nose is extremely dry and uncomfortable. also im way behind on old work (i had to leave for 3 days out of town for a dead-end appointment that got me nowhere).

roommate inconveniences, which are frequent for me. i've been home since the afternoon but didn't get to eat dinner until 10 pm (when i usually eat at 5-6 pm), because my roommate was hanging out with a friend all day in the kitchen / living room area, and often social anxiety gets the best of me and doesn't let me use shared spaces unless i'm alone. so i had to wait for them to leave. can't complain too much because it's a me problem, but yeah.

i was very consistent with getting my steps in this week and working out but I ate too much this weekend and didn't walk at all so there goes my streak

It's typically pessimistic to say but, everything ahead of me today and every day feels like an inconvenience. There's the initial disappointment when I open my eyes and realise I'm still alive. Then the dread rushes in over what I need to do today. Work and domestic chores have stacked up and await me. I need to start chasing work that I don't even want to do. The boiler is on its last legs, so I'm boiling kettles for hot water. I imagine the facilities in a prison are better! But, to get stuff fixed/ replaced- primarily the boiler and washing machine- I need a massive tidy- which feels even more horrendous than going without. My fitness level is also at an all time low- which makes everything so much harder. So, I know I need to start exercising too. Which I also hate.

I can't wait for the time I know I can escape all this (after my Dad has gone first.) But then, I'm also terrified of failing, terrified of even attempting and what that may feel like. So- while I know I want out- the prospect that I'm going to have to kill myself also feels like a massive inconvenience!
