• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I have a question regarding the legal implications of SN for personal use, particularly if the package is opened by customs, the destination of the package would be a EU country

Considering that it is solely for personal use, do the authorities within the EU considered it a crime if the package is opened by customs? What would be the legal consequences be in such a case?

i understand that the use in itself cannot be considered a crime, but what about to import an illegal substance, that in itself is not enough to be prosecuted criminaly ?

Are there any cases when the product was seized?

They can't prove intent. As long as you don't have a business then you have to apply to the rules of REACH.

Probably just a welfare check I would guess. It's not an illegal substance, so there shouldn't be any crime, afaik, but I'm also American so do your research.
