Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I have thought a lot and I can't buy SN because of my country. So I have to deal all my life with my thoughts and my diagnosis: PTSD, Personality disorders. I think I have more than these two. I feel depressed all the time, sometime I change my humor too fast, I don't want ti hang out with my friends and I have a lot of anxiety for everything. I want some medicine who can give me some happiness and can make me feel relaxed, like I'm not here in this world. What I have to say to my psychiatrist to make him to give me some medicine?

Perhaps you have to find another psych doc who doesn't know about OD and CTB plans. Anyway OD with meds rarely is successful and causes only more problems unfortunately. I wish you all the best and good luck!

If you say these things and your psychiatrist doesn't give you medications in order to help you, then he is probably not the right - or even a good - psychiatrist.
If you say that to a good one, he will probably give you prescriptions to antidepressants and stuff.
If you want benzos, I would recommend saying sometimes you feel like you are about to have some crisis or something like that (probably it's better you don't mention ctb since many people here say doctors send anyone to the psych ward). Just try to explain that you wanted something to calm you down when you are too anxious or depressed (my psychiatrist call it a "sos").

The doctor is most likely worried the medicine may do more harm than good or from his notes think you don't need them. Instead of trying to convince your doctor, you might have better luck instead trying to just be honest about your feelings and make sure he understands how you feel completely. If he still does not believe you need the medication, maybe he's right. If you think he's still dead wrong, you could make sure by asking another doctor. You can't force him to give you the medicine as much as he can't force you to take them.
