The lethal dose for an adult is 10 g. The recommended dose is 25 g. If you take more than 25 g, the risk of vomiting increases. There is no reason to increase the dose, but you should prepare 1-2 extra portions of SN in case you have to vomit. You should use an antiemetic.
You will probably vomit if you take too much sn and will not be able to swallow it. Best to use metoclopramide or another AE to minimise chances and please follow stans guide to sn.
