Is this a quiet method because i need to make as less noise as possible? I've seen a comment of someone saying they woke up screaming and others say your body thrashes around.

If done right, you would fall unconscious in under 20 seconds. Just before you go fully unconscious you'd likely begin to feel a tingling all over your body, your vision would go black and hearing distorted. The convulsions will likely begin just before you slip in to unconsciousness and continue for a number of minutes afterward. The intensity of these convulsions vary from person to person, but I've never known them to be too bad. Death will occur within 20 - 30 minutes.

And if you're "saved" and fail you'll most likely to have brain damage right?

I cant seem to get partial right. Recently i start to feel really sick in my stomach when attempting it, this could just be SI it never used to happen before. I'm so tired of trying I just want it to work.

This is exactly what I went through. You did a perfect job of articulating what you experience with this method. It seems I did everything right (other than making sure nobody would find me too soon) and experienced what I was meant to. It probably was a one off, as I did it in the heat of the moment. The one time I would plan ahead would be when I would fail because that's how life works.
