So for one, I'm going to try my hardest, but I may have to settle for Zofran instead of meto as an antiemetic. I also get confused with understanding grams to tablespoons so I worry I may not ingest as much as needed. Most importantly, I live with my parents and cannot move out and even though I intend to go to the roof of my apartment, there's a high risk of getting caught by neighbors or the landlord.
Oh I don't care if they know it's a suicide attempt so long as I'm successful. But if I fail and they found out I attempted things will only get far worse for me. Also, I'm assuming you might not know, but is zofran a good enough substitute?
Oh I don't think I understood the question then. What are you wanting to tell them (if you survive?). I meant that the only thing I think would make sense to tell them is that it was an attempt bc I don't think they would believe it was an accident or otherwise. If you're found, I think they'll know it was an attempt

I'm sorry, I didn't fully understand what you were going to do with sn, I thought you were going to skip it. If you are going to do it with sn, your survival rate is very low if you follow the right recipe. Let's say you survived, as I said, make up a lie love story and say that you saw this method on the dark web. Love stories are incredibly common in CTB. Apart from these, it seems very difficult to make the CTB you do with Sn look like an accident.
No worries, the right recipe is just the anti emetics right? Antacids aren't needed anymore?

Okay, thank you for letting me know all of this. I only worried cause I saw one thread that said not to use antacids, but other guides do. I hope I'm lucky as well when it comes to this method.
I never took SN so I don't know. I would assume if you survive you will have a psych hold until theu feel you are no longer a danger to yourself. If you hold any license then be careful, you could be in trouble. Overall, this is the highest suicide time in the world so it's expected. I can't guarantee they staff will be very nice and pleasant to you in the ER if you make it, they frown upon survivors and simply don't understand. But SN has a great success rate so I think you will he be fine. Also, deny, deny, deny, everything you say is subjective and long as you act happy and normal you might make it out ok.
