What do you want to happen to you body after you pass/What do you think is most likely to happen to it?
For the first question, you can be as unrealistic or greedy as you want.
The thought of decomposing fully brings be great comfort. I want my body to break down, feeding all of my currently useless mass back into the earth. I'd love to be able to watch it happen, to see the bacteria, bugs, animals, fungi come to feast on the fallen flesh of my corpse and bring me back into the ground to supplement the forest floor too.
...Unfortunately once my body is found, humans will not leave it in place and will process it before this becomes a full possibility. I've already grieved my own death, but my stupid ass has recently been grieving the unfortunate timing my CTB month has fallen on. I'm going to be attempting a few months earlier than I had anticipated, which leaves my suicide in the middle of winter. Goddamn December. The reason I am sad about this is because originally, even though I know I won't fully decompose, my brain is like "we will still get a little decay as a treat"- We'll get a little bit of the natural process in before the body is found. But seeing as we tend to get in the negatives of degrees during winter, especially at nighttime which is when I plan on acting, I'm thinking my body will be found... Unfortunately pristine. I'm sad.
Anyway, after... There's no money for burials or embalming or funerals or anything like that. I'll definitely be cremated, as that's the cheapest option. I'll likely end up on my family's shelf, and if I'm lucky, make it into some nice jewelry.
