Whether we CTB or choose to push on in hopes that we die in our sleep at age 90, death comes for us all. Memento mori.
That being said, what do you want others to remember about you? I think when people we love and cherish CTB, people tend to focus on the circumstances of their passing and trying to dissect their reasoning for ctb rather than appreciating who they were as individuals.
I try to remember little things about others that have used their bus tickets already, as I think it takes away some of the sadness of losing someone and allows them to live on, in a way.
When I leave this world, I want others to be able to glean from my situation some initiative to improve the way disabled people are treated. I want people to know that I loved my boyfriend very much, even if we didn't always see eye to eye and got into arguments sometimes, he is the only reason I am still here. His love is what brought me peace.
I want others to know that I loved cats- always found it sad that I didn't get to have one in this lifetime, mind you- and that seeing kittens on the screen brought me great joy especially Herbert from the Hi Herbert! videos. I loved Steins;Gate, as well as writing fanfictions that revolved around the meticulously crafted universe within the visual novels. I loved to cosplay before I became ill, immersing myself in an escapist world that existed beyond ours was a momentary lapse in my suffering.
