• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Trying to OD on antidepressants is likey the fastest way to get a ticket for the ER, is almost impossible to die with them. The are "almost" no cases of death due to SSRI (i'm assuming the meds the doctor put you on) or antidepressants in general, the maximum you'll get probably is serotonin syndrom and I assure you that is not very plesant. If your doctor prescibed recently this meds to you, just give them a little time and maybe they'll work (give them the benefit of the doubt).

I've attempted with Zoloft, Gapepentin, Abilify, and Prozac. So far, no luck. Most anti-depressants are hard to overdose on.

Antidepressants are very hard to OD on. They know enough about how depressed people's minds work to make them so that they are "safe" in cases of overdose.

None. Otherwise they would not give them to depressed people.

Are you taking several antidepressants at the same time? I'm not sure if the medication works as well when more than two different antidepressants are taken. How long have you been taking them? Poisoning with antidepressants is often not a pleasant experience, maybe you will have a look for other possibilities.

Pretty much all of them are extremely unlikely to be fatal, but the ones that have slightly higher chances are Tricyclics and MAOI's. Antidepressant overdoses are a really shitty experience though, so I don't recommend you try that way.

TCAs are the most dangerous, but personally I wouldn't go that route. It could be a very bad experience since it messes with our neurotransmitters in the central nervous system. 🤗🌹💔

I take Amitriptyline for my depression. I read somewhere that you need to take 400 pills of Amitriptyline to off you. Given that there are 30 pills in a box, I would need about 13 boxes. Amitriptyline increases heart rate so if you ingest 400, you would get a heart attack probably. I still wonder how you can ingest 400 pills without puking first. I think it's almost impossible. I say almost, because I heard about someone CTBing with Amitriptyline...
