An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

Ptsd, ocd, ibs, very sensitive teeth due to brushing hard over the years, chronic bronchitis, urinary retentionWhat illnesses do you suffer from?
I wonder if my cough is asthma. I don't brush every day because my ocd makes it hell. But brushing usually helps the pain. I've noticed pain after eating dry cereal though so I guess the enamel is gone.I have 9. Three of them are deadly and can kill me, not sure which one will actually do it.
Have you tried Sensodyne toothpaste? It works well for me.
Actually I just discovered another disease I have yesterday, chemical pneumonitis. I had someone clean using bleach and almost choked to death and had them come over at 5 a.m. to wash everything down with just water. It saved my life. I'm not exagerating. I've had that happen before. If anything has been washed with bleach in a room I'm in, I literally almost die.
I also almost choke to death about half the time I eat anything. It's an allergic asthma and I can't tell what might trigger it, anything and everything does it.
With neurology it's "good news" if it's not degenerative or fatal. Sucks for you if it makes your life hell, but hey at least your brain isn't progressively rotting away.. yep, been there. It's annoying and frustrating lol"My neurologist told me that since I've had these symptoms for five and a half years it was "good news" as the duration of symptoms indicated that I didn't have something like cancer."
No indications of something like cancer. Nice! If this is the good news, then what is the bad news.?
Is type 2 the lifestyle one (supposedly), dietary, and etc, or is it the one where your pancreas doesn't function at all?Physically, I have type 2 diabetes. I know lots of people in America have that but I already have it at 26. I don't have to take insulin or constantly prick myself to check my blood sugar (yet) but I'd rather die than have to do all that everyday. The medication I take for it usually just replaces my diabetes with diarrhea so that's fun.
Mentally I only know I have depression and anxiety. I could have other things but I'm not interested in knowing what they are unless there's an actual solution that isn't shoving more pills into me.
The first one you said. I don't even eat that many sweets or desserts either, it was being Chinese and eating rice that probably doomed me.Is type 2 the lifestyle one (supposedly), dietary, and etc, or is it the one where your pancreas doesn't function at all?
Bummer man. Mind you I know a girl (friend of daughter) who was diagnosed with type 1 when she was a baby so her whole life she's had to jab herself with needles and constantly be frightened about whether her blood sugars were okay. The first one you said. I don't even eat that many sweets or desserts either, it was being Chinese and eating rice that probably doomed me.
Probably, but nothing motivates me enough to want to try. I know from past experience that I just can't give up any of my favorite foods and I also don't get any joy out of regular exercise, only pain.Is there no hope to reverse it with diet changes, etc?
I basically decided to stop smoking about 6 months ago but didn't want to put weight on, or what's the point?Probably, but nothing motivates me enough to want to try. I know from past experience that I just can't give up any of my favorite foods and I also don't get any joy out of regular exercise, only pain.
It's nice that you realize this. I'm not sure most people do. The paranoia and grandiosity I mean.A brain the size of a planet, and paranoia and grandiosity
I'm very glad for you since you are able to push through such an ordeal!I basically decided to stop smoking about 6 months ago but didn't want to put weight on, or what's the point?
I forced myself to eat less, one main meal (smaller portions size, i.e. 33% less than normal and eat it earlier in the day) and a snack or 2 if necessary (i.e. toast or a slice of ham and a tiny bit of cheese or something) - it made me realise I was kidding myself about how much I ate, and after only 2 days I stopped feeling hungry and wanting to eat junk.
Have been smoke free for 6 months and have lost 28llbs (2 stone) in weight at the same time.
Am stuck now though, can't seem to lose an ounce.
It's not just mind set, it's what your body gets used to and you need to force it through those hurdles. Tough for a few days to a week (smoking and eating), then it just becomes the new normal.
Of course I realise, that's because I'm so great. It's nice that you realize this. I'm not sure most people do. The paranoia and grandiosity I mean.
You are Donald Trump and I claim my $5!Severe depression, sociophoby, pharyngitis, chronic pain, I guess problems with stomach, because more than year I'm on antidepressants, also I had coronavirus month ago
My doctor, and the topic was what debilitating illness we have. Schizophrenia and severe depression keep me from functioning=debliltating.Who said that? ! ?
Sorry, I was talking to the other one. I didn't make that clear. My fault. My doctor, and the topic was what debilitating illness we have. Schizophrenia and severe depression keep me from functioning=debliltating.
