I need a Distraction for the time being before I can save enough money to CTB, because I cannot take this suffering and being forced to be exposed to all these feelings and thoughts with no way of coping or distracting myself from it. Watching Netflix does not help nor does reading books or going on walks . I need something active . Something I can do with little to no money and without anyone who could be there to help me with it .
I need something Active to distract me, nothing that is sitting behind a desk or playing on your phone or watching tv or playing video games .
