i want to purposely food poison myself with spoiled milk so that i may have vomits and diarrhea because of my bulimia and anorexia (it's getting harder to purposely throw up because my parents are always watching out for me ever since my suicide attempts and other bulimia related accidents) so i was just wondering if i could kill two birds with one stone here.
