This is what I have seen through my 67 years on this planet.
The field of sales, NOT retail sales, sales that involve a territory or likewise. If one produces good enough numbers, then one can move up the ladder into sales management and the like.
Some manufacturing positions, especially if they are union positions.
I did route sales from the age of 18 till 24, then went to college and did well. I just got tired of always been on the road.

Check out the workonline subreddit. There's a lot of CRM/Data Entry/Search Analytics jobs out there that don't require a degree or connections, but allow you to work from home part time for okay pay, and the experience from them can easily ladder into better work.
I do various projects through Appen and Upwork for about 2/3rds of my income, and 2 days a week in an office doing bookkeeping. All things considered I make decent money for the hours I actually put in, and the work I do sounds "official" enough that generally people think it's respectable (which helps me successfully hide my depression tbh).

Butcher/meat cutter. They can make a decent living and learn their trade on the job. You will likely be responsible for lots of lifting and cleaning heavy equipment though, so as a woman myself, I would not recommend it for most women.
