What are Benzos for in the sn method ?

Is it a luxury item? Do I have to take them? I just have olanzapine as an AE and ibuprofen. Is that enough. I'm so worried about the pain

It'll reduce anxiety and act as a sedative. It's a luxury item, but it'll help reduce the chance you feel pain since it'll knock you out sooner.

Yes it's a luxury item. It might knock you out sooner but it's really just to help with anxiety. SN isn't the most pleasant of experiences, it's like going for a really stiff run with a really bad hangover. Symptoms like fast heartrate and breathing difficulty are bound to make you anxious and maybe panic, so that's what benzos and propranolol are for. AE is pretty important, not absolutely essential but highly recommended because vomiting is so likely

What will 600mg of oxazepam do to you? That is what's recommended in the ppeh. Wouldn't that alone put you into comatose state?

Yeah, wow that's a lot. I didn't think that would be recommended for SN because you need to be conscious to take more glasses if you vomit. I thought 50-100mg max

For me it's absolutely necessary, both for the anxiety and lessen SI, you can take away everything else except the SN and AE but the benzos i would say are essential.

Yea just to help with the anxiety, I plan to take a fuck ton of Xanax and Vallium just so I can lie there (hopefully) peacefully and pass
