Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have been scouring this site on hanging and so many say that in order to make it as painless as possible, you need to first find the carotid artery by feeling around in your neck just above the Adam's apple until you find the pulse. When you press down on it, you should faint within a few seconds, therefore, that's where you should place the rope. I've found the pulse in my neck, but whenever I press down on it, I don't faint or even feel like I'm coming close to fainting... It just hurts. Help!

My "sweet spot" is actually towards the lower half of my adams apple. There is also the issue of going full-on or only putting enough pressure for the sake of feeling pressure. With the materials I am using for myself, I have to put my full weight into it, I can't half-ass it or else it doesn't work.

I suggest practicing a little if you are able and if you're 100% serious about going through with it. I've been practicing on and off since late 2018, even when I had everything set up correctly. I know I said not to half-ass it, but for the sake of finding what works for you, you might have to every once in a while.

Hope this helps. Best of luck in whatever you choose, and I hope you find peace

It hurts? How much force you're applying, also, it should be on both sides
