At this point, I really don't fucking know. Workday was going as usual, next thing I know I'm in a group zoom meeting being told im fired alongside 3 other people who were the only ones, including me, standing up against their bullshit, and illegal, practices. Now I can't afford to live anywhere. Im already a week late on rent. Whatever at this point. I don't even know why I'm posting, im so angry and sad.

Sorry to hear that, can I ask which country you are from?
Consindering the country, do you have a legal protection insurance?
Is there any public organization helping with termination?
Have they gave reasons why they fired you? (Giusta Causa and Giustificato Motivo)
When you from Italy, you have atleast a period of notice.

I can tell you in America they can fire anytime for any reason and there is really nothing you can do. There is no pay coming to you if they say it was your fault.
