Method Welding Helium Questions

I just kind of need to know all there is to know about using high pressure welding helium canisters to CTB, unfortunately I won't be able to for at the very least a year but I would like to know the ins and outs in advance to prevent failure. How to operate it, mishaps that may result in failure, how to know if it's working, how it might feel, etc. Thanks in advance.
