So I got the cuffs and shackles(just so I don't back out) and got where and made a nice slip knot and I have a bandana with a knot in it which will go in my mouth (so I can't get someone to help me out) and what I'll be wearing so I won't be noticed right away. Think that's good to go.......

The handcuffs and gag will ensure it happens and no escape once I double lock the cuffs I'll drop the key and so there be only one way down my hanging
I guess the timeline will have to be fix the slip knot and rope above the 3 step ladder and secure it tightly and then gag myself and zip up my gray hoodie and walk the ladder and put the shackles on and slip my head in the knot make sure its tight around neck with nothing but my neck in it and off to the air dance

It might be better to put your head in and make sure it's secure first and then put on the shackles. Without your hands this might be difficult and the noose will be too loose.

It might be better to put your head in and make sure it's secure first and then put on the shackles. Without your hands this might be difficult and the noose will be too loose.

I'll tie off the loose end of the noose and let it dangle to where I can slip my head in after I put my shackles on once on the top of the steps and then once noose I will be gagged and I will then cuff my wrists behind my back and then drop the keys so unless I am found I will hang

Just curious, why Wednesday?

Because I get the cuffs that morning and then I will wait until dark and then I will hang
So I am going to wear dark hoodie and black sweatpants so nobody will see me as I am preparing for my hanging and before I cuff my wrists I'm going to take some sleeping pills and have some alcohol in me so when I pass out I will hang regardless of if I change my mind after I cuff my wrists here's the hoodie that I will be hanged in

I'm afraid I can't help you with regard to your method. I just want to say I'm sorry things got this bad. If you want to talk I'm willing to listen and I'm sure the same applies to a great many members here as well.

Just know that you can back out if it doesn't feel right. Your decision either way.

Just do whatever you want in your last days, so you won't have any regrets or have your SI use it as an excuse. I tried hanging (partial) last week and I can say that my SI is what stopped me, along with the anxiety. Full suspension is no joke.

I am going to be hanging I bought the rope made a good slip knot noose and have a secure point on a tree where I am going to secure the loose end of the rope to and then the step ladder is 4 feet tall and I will be in black sweatpants and a darker gray hoodie and I have black cuffs and shackles (no escape) and a bandana (just so I can't scream for help) should have all the problems worked out for failure
