ways to induce near-death without actually dying?

follow-up to my last post, decided to figure out for myself, i just don't know how.
any tips?

try a method except don't follow the steps precicely i suppose? for example taking sn without antiemetics, so you end up throwing it all up. or overdosing on something you know won't kill you even if you take a ton of it (idk maybe like strong painkillers?).

for the first one, SN can kill even without antiemetics, plus i haven't vomited in literal YEARS so either i've never gotten sick enough in that time or i just can't vomit for some reason. second one is just plain stupid, plus to get to near-death or dead but revivable, you'd need something that can kill you in the first place.

With anything that can kill you, you run the risk of actually dying. The only way I can see that would be somewhat reliable would be to have someone help you- for instance do a partial hanging until you pass out and then they remove the rope, but even then you wouldn't actually die at any point, just lose consciousness. If you want to actually die and be revived you'd probably need to get emergency medical services involved, and even then they may not be able to successfully revive you, or you may suffer serious complications like brain damage if they do. I wouldn't try to induce a NDE unless you're willing to actually die should something not go the way you intended.

That might probably not help you right away with having an NDE experience without actually dieng but I want to put some thoughts here.

- deep meditation
- drugs (especially DMT)

To have a real NDE one must actually die unfortunately.

Possibly, very deep meditation would do it. I meditate, but I can't seem to get deep enough to get out of body. I wish I could. I've been trying for years.
