As they said "Suicidal Ideation" basically I tried to drown myself by going off a boat and I didn't manage to, this was a research vessel so they had sulphuric acid which I stole, then going back I told two of my friends that I was going to kill myself. Understandably, they were worried, so they told the teacher and I had to give it back and then I was sent to the ER. (Sorry this was taking me so long, I was playing Scribblenauts.)

You went on a trip aboard a research vessel, jumped overboard, but were rescued; after being rescued you then stole sulphuric acid, am i getting it all right?
