walked to the city centre to pay mortgage , where did everybody go ?

I looked on the Santander website and you can request 3 months hiatus off your mortgage but it is added to your debt with interest , as i pay cash (long story) i walked into the city centre , i couldn't be bothered to go in my car lol
if i stayed indoors i`m abut 20 foot away from my neighbours , by walls of course , walking to the city centre i was 100`s of feet away from anyone .
it was eerie

I saw more police cars in an hour than i have seen in a year , they must think it`s safe to come out now the criminals are all at home .

All the buildings past past the car wash on the right are the Hospital
