VSED day 5

Slight headache, not hungry, not even that thirsty. They say you die if you don't drink anything for 3 days which is not true. I am frustrated.

I understand why you would feel frustrated, to me it sounds like you've managed to last a long time doing the VSED method, I hope that if possible you don't suffer too much in your remaining time left here.

It's VSED when it's under the medical care, to minimize the discomfort. Just like the surgery to remove ones breast(s) is a mastectomy, but if a person tries to chop off their own breasts with no proper instruments and medication, it's a self-mutilation. I honestly lost track for how long have you been attempting that, but I think for months. I'm honestly starting to suspect that you gain something from this method or talking about your attempts.
It's okay to get help if you want help. You don't need to do stuff to make someone stop you. I'm sort of stunned that no one did, tho.

I think that when public health authorities say that 3 days is the longest a person can last, they mean that a person who is outside and in a hot climate will last that amount of time. If you are just lying on your bed it will probably take longer.

If it's not to rude, can I ask what your living situation is? I previously considered VSED as a method, but since I live with other people, it would be impossible for me to hide it from them. Is there any way around this problem?

I'm pretty sure that you're been trying this on and off for a long time and you're still around. Your seem to be enjoying the attention I guess. It's okay to ask for help and okay to chose otherwise, but I find it hard to accept that someone prefers to feed on attention over sick behavior rather than on food…
