Help VPN country

I'm in the US and just wanted to ask and see if there is any specific country or location I should use when using this site, looking for sources, ordering SN etc. just to make sure things come up. Thanks.

the cybersecurity department doesnt care if you ctb:D tons of ppl get vpns and climb the wall everyday and they won't do anything to you give a damn unless you become an influential figure who spreads anti ccp material or make fun of Winnie the Pooh
