Visual representations on how to hang myself (without cutting off air)

I've read a lot of ways to hang yourself without cutting off air. Does anyone have visual representations? I'm more of a visual learner. I'm worried I'll get the slightest thing wrong or set it up wrong and something bad will happen. Any info or pictures would be appreciated thanks!!

Without cutting off air? I assume by this you mean full suspension. With full suspension the force of falling breaks your brain stem. Without the brain working it can't control your internal organs and you die, at least that's what I assume happens.

Full hanging only breaks your brain stem if the rope is long enough and it's from a certain height, otherwise you suffocate or it cuts out the carotid artery. For approximate heights and lengths, look up charts used in old executions, they also list the weight.
