It's my second post here
I noticed, that venting and letting my worst demon out of my head really helps. It's like journaling.
Yesterday, I shared how bad I was feeling. And it helped, like a lot. After this, I felt happiness again and a lot of hope. I felt heard and wow, does it feel awesome. I started picturing myself with new friends. It was great.
When I woke up, at first it didn't feel good, but it got better as the day progressed.
I still struggle with motivation and have no will to do anything, addicted to my phone. And my sleep schedule? Don't even ask me. But almost no suicidal thoughts today
I need to start carrying about hygiene, cause I shower 4 times a week at most and sometimes skip brushing teeth and washing my face in the morning.
I kinda miss my little trips to forest, I've done only 2 during the summer. I thought I'd travel a lot, but it didn't happen. Too bad
