Discussion Using VPN or not

Doe´s anyone using a VPN on this site or other Sites?
I mean i have a good Browser-setting and my IP changes every 24 hours.

I do because my school blocks this site :( I use it on other sites because I don't want my ISP to know what sites I'm going on.
