Using SN without possibility to call an ambulance in case of failure (throwing up etc)

I want to use it in the woods when nobody can find me erlier than i'll be dead, but what if i fail? What if i survive because of throwing up or my sn being not pure enough?
Some people said that if you vomit SN, it's better to call an ambulance (i think it's even mentioned in PPH), by that logic drinking SN where there is absolutely no chance that someone will find me even if i want it is actually a bad idea? It's not that I'm afraid that I might change my mind and suddenly want to stay alive (although i guess i will never know till SI kicks in), I'm only afraid that it won't finish me and I will remain disabled or something.

It´s recommended to prepare 2 or 3 extra portions of SN. You should also use an antiemetic.
You can also have permanent damage from SN, organs and brain. I know that many people claim that you can't have permanent brain damage from SN. The antidot is Methylene blue. This is injected by the doctor. You can also buy drinking ampules, but you would need many of those ampules.

I wonder if one could just buy a bottle at the life fish store instead? Methylene blue is really commonly used for fishkeeping cause it is antifungal and won't harm eggs.
One needs caution though cause it stains really heavily.

I'm planning to prepare extra portions and i'm gonna use antiemetic (even tho i'm already taken quetiapine), but it's still not 100% proof.
I wonder, if i don't die and end up with brain damage but no one finds me in next couple of days, will i survive?
