Using SN as a method?

Could someone tag a post or describe it exactly in the replies? I'm going to try and use this method, but everything is different. I'm from America, so everything that's involved I have to get a prescription for. So generic versions is best. I probably sound lazy. I just want to be gone from here and it seems like every method I post that I think is relatively easy, isn't. But I've heard this one is easy.
