used to pain in hanging

Has anyone repetitively attempted hanging/partial hanging and gotten used to the pain? in my first attempts, it was hard because it was painful, but now it's kinda easier.
I failed partial last night because my knees hurt more than the pain in my neck.

Partial hanging should not be much painful to your neck.
