In the book 1984 (Spoilers ahead obviously),the regime can make someone an unperson. It vaporizes him.It makes him disappear, and then erases all evidence of him.All traces, all photos, all history, all records of him.All memory of you erased.
It is like you never existed.Even someone speaking your name when you have been "unpersoned" is a crime.

Imagine of this happening to you in the current world. But with the difference of you remaining alive but your memories totally erased.Society has no record of who you were.People cant say your old name.Nobody remembers who you were,or if they did,it will be a crime to speak or do anything about it.
Essentially you are reborn. You know nothing of the past.Stripped of your identity, and sent out in the world brand new.

My question is this:WOULD YOU WANT TO UNPERSON YOURSELF?
Would you start again from absolute zero?Would you accept essentially playing life from the start a second time?
Or would you prefer to keep your identity until the end,no matter the suffering?

Great Question: I think I might give it go as long as the knowledge and experience of the previous life could be used to make the second chance a better outcome.
