I hated my job to the guts, made me throw up a couple of times due to stress, too much responsibility and lack of encouregement.
I used to work as team leader in a small company for almost 2 years now, I had a couple of workers that had to execute my ''orders'', I was basically responsible for the entire production of certain materials. Being the youngest team leader in the company wasn't helpful, people treated me often like shit simply because I was younger, used me to their liking etc.

The salary was really good for Polish standards, I earned roughly 25% more than average Polish salary, which for a 21 year old is really not bad.

Couldn't really meet friends as most of my coworkers were either boomers or people I wouldn't like to associate myself with.
My superiors were quite nice, we had a good talk sometimes, but other than that work, work, work.

Due to my attempted suicide a year ago, I spent almost 6 months on medical leave because of my arm not working probebly, and my mind being too self destructive to work, at least that's what my psychiatrist said at the time. In Poland, there's a system which grants you 80% of your salary whenever you're on medical leave, but I spent so much time being off work, I no longer am able to get it. 3 weeks ago I was injured during a metal concert, a guy dropkicked my leg which caused ankle bruising so brutal, I had to be off for 6 weeks from the work again.
The higher ups didn't like that, so they wouldn't extend my deal, which should end in exactly a week from now.

I used to feel like finally ending my story with this workplace would make me even a bit happier, but now that I got a phone call from my direct superior, I'm not so sure anymore.
Feels as though al happiness vanished in an instant, along with my will to try to live on.

Cześć.

Losing your job can be a very traumatic experience. It sounds like you were envisioning your future to be with this company so now that that vision has been shattered it is understandable you feel at such a profound loss.

It's important to remember that the immediate aftermaths of traumatic losses like this are naturally going go be when you feel the worst.

Do you have any idea as to what you are going to do now?

I'm probably gonna see how this turns out with my parents, they usually nag me all the time about me being unemployed and that they won't support me whatsoever.
I'm seriously considering to CTB even more so than I usually am.

I forgot to mention, I was supposed to be promoted to a specialist of quality control, but got booted out cause a wife of some higher ups wanted the job.
It made it even harder for me. ( that job would be perfect, sitting behind a desk with pc and basically speaking english all day. )

Well that is really shitty. I would advise you to see what kind of job you can get before deciding to CTB. You're still young so I doubt your career is over.
