So I'm getting some blood test done today and I'm expecting very bad news.
Will there be any point using the crisis line? Have they helped anyone?
I'm already seeing a private counselor I can't avoid for £50 and on a 3 month waiting list for NHS CBT that I know won't help.
I'm feeling kinda hopeless right now when I get the bad news I'm going to be the worst I've ever been should I phone the crisis team and tell them I want to ctb? Will it just make it worse ?
I don't want to die but I can't live like this and I feel so alone.
Probably not the best time to ask at 06:41 Monday morning..
