TLDR; Euthanasia is illegal in all of the UK
SCOTLAND: In Scotland, assisted suicide -physician or not- is treated in cases as deliberate killing of another, no matter how much compassion, or consent between the victim is expressed. It is often treated as culpable homicide. source; The End of Life Choices Bill, "Current Law and Inconsistencies", pg 8-9. Note, the proposal in the actual bill was rejected in 2010.
WALES: Under the Suicide Act 1961 it's illegal, euthanasia or otherwise, to, "do an act capable of encouraging or assisting the suicide or attempted suicide of another person." Suicide of oneself is legal.
NORTHERN IRELAND: Mercy killing, or assisting in suicide is illegal whether physician or not, under the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 1966 section 13. It is punishable upto a 14 year sentence.

AUSTRALIA: Victoria is the only state to legalize euthanasia under the VAD system. The criteria is as follows; Be over 18 years of age, have been assessed by 2 doctors, if neurodegenerative, it must be an intolerable pain, and result likely in death in 6-12 months.

Warning; Do not take this as legal advice, consult your country's/state's legislature, and/or a lawyer.
