Just ended up choking and squeezing really tight around my neck. I used a bedsheet. Couldn't pass out. Also by the way, if anyone is struggling with survival instinct, if you take a bunch of benzos that really makes it more bearable.

Was the bedsheet above or below your Adam's apple. If it's below that causes me to choke, but above is much more comfortable for me

I tried it in a few different places. I took so many benzos I was Gone. Barley remember most of it
