Help Travelling in oreder to buy n

If one is travelling to mexico will it be easy to achieve N in local stores/pharmacies?
Is there any other country that it will be better than mexico to get N?
I saw also peru and bolivia, but most of the times mexico is the everyone mention.
I'm thinking about making a last ride to cbt.

Some require prescription or a bribe. The ppeh says to travel further in than the border towns.

Go to a small town in Peru or Bolivia. I saw a video on it, I forget where, but if I was gonna travel for it I would go to South America.

Yeah I'm trying to understand where to go. I don't want to travel all over south America. I'm looking for the best place to go for the best chances to buy it.
