Venting Traumatic public events

Sometimes when I go out, I will have a traumatic event of some kind happen to me (which is why I have agoraphobia in the first place). Here are some examples of what I have been through in public:

- Went to a cinema a few years ago to watch a movie with mom and aunt. When I was sitting down, someone quite literally attempted to sit on me.
- I had a young kid on a scooter ride right up behind me to the point where I thought the kid was going to run into me each time. The mom thought this was okay for the kid to do. Even yelled at me when the behaviour was called out/when I mentioned I wasn't comfortable with the kid doing this.
- I got bullied by kids on a few occasions.
- A lot of the time, I will need to deal with mom repeating schizophrenic dellusions out in public, which usually results in her yelling at me and that causes me a lot of embarrassment.

I can't recall any other traumatic events. My brain probably blocked those memories out, if any more occured.

Many years ago, I was walking on the street and a group of pre-teens had started crossing the street to the same side as where I was walking. They walked past me first, but I audibly heard one of them say ''hey, why don't we follow them?'', and they started following me while giggling. After a while, they pushed me on the ground and I scraped my hands. This had made me rather afraid of/worried about walking near or passing groups of teens or pre-teens since then.

I have lots of traumatic public events which has led to me distrusting the vast majority of people. I tend to keep to myself and avoid a lot of people because of the things I have been through. I have some examples of my own:

* I was physically assaulted by some teenagers in a carpark in 2015 (had sticks and rocks thrown at me for seemingly no reason). This event was very traumatising.
* I have a childhood memory of being about seven years old and playing on a playground when a kid crossed paths with me and out of nowhere said to me "you are the ugliest person I have ever seen".
* Does school count as "public"? When I was about ten years old I had a sports teacher publicly humiliate me in front of my class because I have very poor flexibility. I have never been able to bend over and touch my toes. This teacher watched me as I struggled to touch my toes and scoffed at me and was like "come on, you can't be serious". Proceeded to mock me even further and did a stupid imitation of what I am supposedly going to be like as an adult, and started limping around like a frail old man saying "hurr, I'm Spite, and I'm so weak and frail hurrdurr", and the whole class laughed. Fucker should have been fired instantly and forbidden from ever teaching at any school ever again for doing that.
* I have also had food thrown at me before. This happened in high school. Someone threw a meat pie at me once and it got meat juice on my uniform. Disgusting. Of course everybody laughed because that's all I am to this world - a laughingstock.
