I guess just jumping into a train as it's pulling into the station (specifically as it's pulling into the station) is not a good way? I mean, I see that people have died that way...

But I guess the injuries if I survived would be pretty unpleasant.

The train slows down as it pulls into the station among other things, it's already braking so pretty bad. This is a method where you must succeed at all costs.

Also you have to overcome your instinct against jumping and time it right or else guards will grab you if it's a busy station.

Fuck, why can't dying be simple? Well, I would have tried hanging but my mom took away my ligatures, lol. Guess I could try a towel...really what I should do is try and get N.

Seriously, jumping in front of a train would not be my first choice. Dying peacefully with N would be.

Agreed. Sorry to hear about your ligatures. I can't keep any around for the same reason, and I suspect we have similar issues that make the train method hard. I can't access the tracks and the platform is not good so I had to give up on it.

With N you might have to worry about storage and going somewhere you can't be found, but it's a lot less problematic for someone without full independence.

I heard the train method has a high fail rate. Also i have an anectotal story. My ex girlfriend was travelling by train to see her parents. At some point the train stopped and it got held there for a while. After a while the train conductor let the peple know that a guy threw himself in fron of the train. The conductor called the guy an asshole and a bunch of other names. Some other travellers were also pissed at the dude that just commited suicide.

Jumping in front of the train as it is pulling into the station is missguided-the train is very slow, and probably not lethal enough. And also there are bunches of people who will get you out from under there and save you.
And trains in general are a poor method-it is very risky, it endangers others and it causes delays...I personally hate it when my train is late because someone wants to jump.
There are other, better ways

I thought about suicide by train before. But the only trains they have here deliver coal, go pretty slow, and have a barrier in front of them to knock off any debris in their path.I scrapped that idea pretty fast.

This pisses me off so much. People are so wrapped up in themselves they lose all compassion.

What ticked me off was my ex's reaction. She said she agreed with the conductor. That was not cool.
