Train suicide as the last option

Um well basically I can't afford anything and every other method seems so complicated and is probably most likely gonna fail. I know that this method is really ignorant and selfish, but I really don't see any other option.
I'm obviously thinking about how much it's gonna affect the driver in a very negative way and I'm feeling really horrible for even thinking about doing this.

I know what it feels like to be so desperate as to consider the train option... if it's a certain type of model you can wait til the driver passes then slip your neck on the rail. That's instant decapitation and instant death... it takes mental fortitude to put your head near something large and loud like that but it's more peaceful than getting in front of it and being shredded alive.

Not a day goes by without me considering doing it.
All those long minutes waiting for the train, staring at the rails without flinching.
But, in my case it's completely out of question.
There are much better and quieter methods out there.

It just seems too unreliable how you will end up if you jump in front of it.. will it kill you straight away? Will u be cut in half and in agony for 5 mins? Or worst of all be disabled? Consequences have to be seriously looked into

Well, I wouldn't jump in front of the train 'jumping jack' style, that would suck. Thinking of being severed in 2, my guess is one would go straight into shock. The spinal cord would presumably be cut, and vital organs would be expelled. And to spare the conductor, as another user mentioned, wait a few seconds and dive under as the train passes.

I'm going for the night night method myself.

Holy fuck I am so scared of electricity but those tracks aren´t they easy to spot don´t they have some cords/tracks above the traintracks if you know what I mean?

It´s a foolproof method if you lay your neck over the tracks there are dozens if not hundreds of pictures and videos just by googling "Train decapitation Documenting Reality"

I'm in the same position. I'm fighting so hard everyday not to go and do it, it's strange that it's not SI I'm fighting it's my compassionate human instinct. I hope people know that if I do do it I will hate myself more than they could ever hate me. I don't think I can save me from myself.

I feel for you and I can relate. You must be truly desperate to even think of this. What drove you to this?

I'm in the same position. I'm fighting so hard everyday not to go and do it, it's strange that it's not SI I'm fighting it's my compassionate human instinct. I hope people know that if I do do it I will hate myself more than they could ever hate me. I don't think I can save me from myself.

Well there's been a lot happening and I feel so tired and done with myself everyday. I can't sleep well or much, I feel like a burden to everyone around me and I think it's best if I just die. I really want to. I am a horrible human being. I wish I never existed in the first place.

I feel very similar. I know what it is to feel truly desperate. I feel it now. I hope you can find the strength to find a better option. And I'm sure you're not a horrible person. Anyone who blames themself that much must be possessed of a level of self realisation that means they are far from horrible.
