Help train speeds?

at approximately what speeds would a freight train would have to go inorder to instantly kill me, would the speed have to be lower if its heavier /has cargo or would be the same if i got hit by a regular vehicle

Something like F=ma likely applies. A heavier/higher mass train may inflict greater injuries, but its far from the only factor and is not what determines instant death.
Therefore, fair warning, death is not even guaranteed, not necessarily instant and injuries are likely to be horrific. Amputations, fractures, skin tearing and melting, maybe worse. Not to mention the emotional trauma inflicted on the driver and anyone that has to witness the aftermath.

I'm. Not gonna go into physics and pretend like I know, but as someone who sees no other method but train as plausible for oneself I would never bet for anything less than 70mph no matter how it was structured.
